Excellent purchasing experience We dealt with a salesman by the name of Rod. On our first visit I told him from the beginning I was not purchasing that day, but shopping the market. We dealt with a salesman by the name of Rod. On our first visit I told him from the beginning I was not purchasing that day, but shopping the market. He explained the vehicle, but was not pushy. He continued to contact me throughout the next couple months. I told him I was going to purchase, but not until there were some incentives. When incentives were available he did contact me and asked me to stop in and speak with him. The dealership had to reach out to a dealership in Ohio to find my vehicle, that impressed me. Rod did an excellent job in not bothering me constantly, but kept in contact so we develop a small relationship. I will recommend him to anyone purchasing a Hyundai. More

Not Thrilled with my Deal 1. They brought a guy over from the Chevy dealership, who knew Nothing about the Hyundai I bought. 2. The MSRP they started with was over $2000.00 1. They brought a guy over from the Chevy dealership, who knew Nothing about the Hyundai I bought. 2. The MSRP they started with was over $2000.00 dollars higher than their own internet MSRP. 3. After finally agreeing on an OUT THE DOOR price of $26, 552.00, upon signing tons of paperwork, the third guy we dealt with said, Oh by the way, we forgot to charge you for the window tinting and added another $404.00 to the price. We had stayed way past closing and I was so tired from the whole ordeal that I didn't say anything at that point, but I bought the car AS IS, I did not ask for custom window tinting, so the original price should have been honored. At closing I paid $26,956 instead of $26552. I don't think I got such a great deal. Their internet MSRP was $32,015 More
