Never buy a car from here. My brand new Hyundai sonata got "road debris" in the AC condenser and had to be replaced completely for $900. Not covered under warranty even though it's obviously a severe engi got "road debris" in the AC condenser and had to be replaced completely for $900. Not covered under warranty even though it's obviously a severe engineering defect considering the guy at the service department told my mom and grandpa that they've already had to replace 6 AC condensers from this same problem!🤔 😂 The lady I dealt with at the service department told me this problem happens all the time, not just to the sonatas but all brand new cars. They why didn't the engineer of the car take that in to consideration lol. And I've never heard of this problem on other cars, only the Hyundai sonata. I've read online that this has happened multiple times to people so often that they've had to put gutter guard under their hoods to block stuff going into their engine compartment and severely damaging expensive car parts. So now my car with 17,000 miles on it only has had to have repairs. I called the branch and asked for the manager of the Punta Gorda branch and the regional managers contact info and she said she didn't know them 😂. I said you don't know the name of the manager of the branch you work at? She said nope lmao. I've contacted the better business bureau and Hyundai consumer affairs. If road debris damages my ac condenser or any other parts under my hood I'll contact a lawyer about the Florida lemon law. More

My salesman, Daniel, inquired about my appointment and I was advised that Paul wasn't available and he, Daniel, would be assisting me. I was not impressed with your management. Salesman - Daniel Forrester- Daniel greeted me at the door, made inquiries about my appointment, introduced himself and walked me through every step of my purchase. Daniel made sure I knew how the vehicle operated and gave clear and precise instructions before I left the lot. Financial Dept- Was not given a cost of the additional policies that Hyundai provides to lease individuals while choosing what I wanted. Needs to be addressed. More
