I was interested in a vehicle that they had just received that had a price of 17k on the website. Someone reached out rather fast which was great. We set up a time for me to come see it. I left work early to do so and on my way there, I got a call stating that I couldn’t see the car today because it was in detail. No big deal, so we set up an appt for the next morning. I got there and the interior of the car was dirty and grimey. It was never detailed. I asked what the price was and TJ told me that he didn’t know….but that there would be another 1500 added once it went through the shop for inspection. How do you not know how much a car is when it is clearly posted online?? And then to add another charge that is excluded from taxes, tags, and fees?? I let him know that I would think about it. The next day, I received a call from TJ asking me if I wanted to come check out the car because I never showed up yesterday….Ummmmm. I was there. He shook my hand… Needless to say, I chose to purchase through Carvana and had the best experience. More
