My vehicle is covered by an extended warranty underwritten by TRICOR (US Corporate office: PMB 7195, 545 Metro Place South, Suite 100, Dublin, OH 43017.) When I took the vehicle to your establishment for repair/replacement, I was told -without explanation - that Gettel does not honor this warranty. This resulted in me having to incur expenses of more than $702.00 More
