Everyone was polite and helpful. They showed courtesy it from the minute. I got out of the car until the job is done and I got in my car and went home.. I did not buy my car there. I bought it at another dealership, but I have to admit I would like to continue to go back to Gettel for all my maintenance that is needed. I admit it doesn’t look great right now because they’re doing so much construction after the hurricane, but it definitely is worth a trip.. when it comes time to buying my next car, I will definitely go to Gettel Hyundai. They were supposed to fix certain things on my car and didn’t. They did give me a loaner car but called me an hour before close to say my car was ready and I needed to bring the car back immediately knowi didn’t. They did give me a loaner car but called me an hour before close to say my car was ready and I needed to bring the car back immediately knowing I had three kids in tow. They could have at least let me know in advance my car was going to be ready so I could be ready.like previously stated though they never fixed anything they said they were going to on my car like they promised. I guess I should have known at a used car dealership but I hoped for better. More
