I bought tires elsewhere and three tires they couldn't get the lug nuts off no matter what they tried so I called Hyundai they were very helpful and got the lug nuts off and I had to purchase 15 lug nuts get the lug nuts off no matter what they tried so I called Hyundai they were very helpful and got the lug nuts off and I had to purchase 15 lug nuts which the price was ridiculous but I was desperate and had no choice but they were very helpful and professional and I will bring my car back for service I understand they don't make the prices and while they had my car they fixed a recall which I appreciate Thank You Karen Olivar More
The past thre to four times I’ve been in they seem to no longer do, or at least provide me a copy of the pre inspection sheet as they used to do. Ashley did a great job when we took the car in to have a tire repaired. Service was done in a timely manner. She also had the car washed and said she would order a new door panel because ours was peeling (s tire repaired. Service was done in a timely manner. I have had very good luck with Getel service, both Huyndai and GMC, but terrible luck with sales. They only want to sell you a car if they can stick to you. First of all , I've purchased two vehicles from your dealership, a 2010 Genesis and a 2016 Sonata sport. The Genesis has been a very good vehicle On the other hand the Sonata you sold me with the 2.4 e dealership, a 2010 Genesis and a 2016 Sonata sport. The Genesis has been a very good vehicle On the other hand the Sonata you sold me with the 2.4 engine is very much trouble. It was sold to me and I believe that you knew the engine on it was BAD ! So it would be pretty hard for me to recommend your dealership to my friends and family. The final straw was when I recently bought the Sonata in to see why the front end vas making noise. I told Ashley that I believed it was the tires causing the noise, but I was concerned that it possible might be bearings causing the noise Well Ashley confirmed that it was indeed the tires She then told me that I was going to cost me $180 for a diagnostic test, even though it was taken for a road test and confirmed that it was indeed the tires causing the noise So as you might have sensed, I'm not at all happy with your dealership Sincerely, David Borgardt More
