I am Canadian and travel to Florida for the winter. As a result I have always taken my Santa Fe to Gettel for whatever service I need. This time, in addition to an oil change I needed an inner front As a result I have always taken my Santa Fe to Gettel for whatever service I need. This time, in addition to an oil change I needed an inner front fender as a result of a slight mishap with a truck tread I ran over on the way down. I like how well I am treated and the quality of what Gettel does. Ashley was friendly, knew exactly what i needed and got it done in great time. I was kept up to speed on the work. The dealership in spite of the reno was neat and comfortable for those waiting. A very friendly atmosphere! More

After getting taken advantage of for $4,000 overpaying on my Santa Cruz at Hyundai of Fort Myers Morgan Auto group, I decided to go to Gettle to get my servicing done. They were very nice even washed my car my Santa Cruz at Hyundai of Fort Myers Morgan Auto group, I decided to go to Gettle to get my servicing done. They were very nice even washed my car for me and checked everything when I came in for my oil change. Our experience with this dealership was not very pleasant at all. Issues we had were being told about certifying the vehicle had to be done at a KIA dealership. Kia said the vehicle is certified by the selle at all. Issues we had were being told about certifying the vehicle had to be done at a KIA dealership. Kia said the vehicle is certified by the seller. We found multiple problems with the vehicle. One under driver’s side bumper. The steering wheel clunks. The transmission slipping. I need the owners manual to find out how the vehicle works and what notifications means when it comes on.for being serviced. Overall not a pleasant experience at all. More
