Sales person was very nice and helpful. Spent time explaining everything and making sure the vehicle got detailed. Very satisfied with him. The finance man was also good, but I did not like the interest rate at all especially since I had a high credit score. My disappointment was that the vehicle was not certified and I don’t know why. There was no second key and no manual so I have no clue about different functions of the car. I am a senior and not good with computers to get this on line. Wish I had an additional key. More

I went to this dealership rather than the one in my hometown. They were efficient, friendly and kept me updated as parts arrived and repair was made. Total opposite of what I had put up with at my loca hometown. They were efficient, friendly and kept me updated as parts arrived and repair was made. I really appreciate the good folks at Gettel Hyundai! They are reasonably priced and will take the time to address your needs and questions. Although I live in Fort Myers, I trust Gettel, and bring my vehicle to Punta Gorda for service and repairs. I really appreciate the opportunity to speak directly to my mechanic in regard to repairs. I highly recommend their service department and hybrid mechanics. More
