I had contacted my salesman William Karrels whom had recently moved over to Gettel and told him I was looking to get into a newer 2023 Elantra. He had the car I wanted brought over from another dealersh recently moved over to Gettel and told him I was looking to get into a newer 2023 Elantra. He had the car I wanted brought over from another dealership in no time and ready to go with the tint and protection package plus detail in the blink of an eye. This is a man I will buy every future car from because he has a heart and genuinely cares about establishing personal relationships with each and every customer he does business with. He had always been reaching out to check up on how my car was and how I was doing, and I don’t know of any other salesman that was working days after we were hit by Cat 5 Hurricane Ian rescuing people off of the island and driving them back to put them into vehicles when they had just lost everything they had. The process was smooth and once again I felt at home under no pressure at all surrounded by genuine people who actually care which is very rare especially in the car sales industry. I had brought my previous Hyundai to Gettel to get serviced a few months back for the first time and was given the same incredible customer service that I now have been given doing business with them and have zero regrets. The dealership is getting renovated now so they are slightly low on inventory but you will not be disappointed walking into there and being treated with upmost respect and kindness by everyone you speak to. I will continue to send people over to Gettel every chance I get and have nothing but incredible things to say in regards to every single aspect of my experience with them.
