I have not used the service dept at this location due to the fact I do not live in the area. However I am a customer of the Bradenton, Lakewood store. My issue is with top management at the Bradenton and t the fact I do not live in the area. However I am a customer of the Bradenton, Lakewood store. My issue is with top management at the Bradenton and the Punta Gorda stores. I have had an issue with the tires that Hyundai placed on my car that are losing chucks of rubber. This was brought to the attention at the Bradenton store back in Jan 2023 with no response to my letter to the then G.M.. I sent a letter to Mr. Gettel at the company HQ with the same result. No response to my letter. It shows me that top management does not value their customers enough to respond in any way. Total disrespect and or common courtesy. So sad that we customers are just a dollar sign, and not treated kindly after the sale. More

I traded my Hundayi Venue in after they called me every day, the finance manager enrolled me in over $4000 of warranty charges which I have been trying to get taken off my loan.
