My 3rd service visit here since moving to the area. Service was good every time. My last visit was for a Navigation update. They told me in advance 4-5 hours but why would it take 5 hours to update? More

In regards to the certified letter that you sent to Mr. Gettel - he owns 21 dealerships so as you can imagine how very busy he is; however, he does have associates assigned to respond on his behalf. Thank you for your response. As far as contacting Gettel customer relations I have already done so in June. They advised me to contact Kumho tire company with my concern with the tires that Hyundai provided on my 2018 Sonata. The service adviser at the Bradenton store and I had contacted Kumho with no results back in Jan (mileage at the time 16k) thru late June of this year. Kumho would not live up to any part of their warranty of 60k miles or 6years. I then sent a letter to the G.M. at the Bradenton store in June and got NO response from him. The bottom line is, I have only been asking thru my letters, and other means for some sort of help to get these, "chunks of rubber losing" tires off the road. Now I'm left with taking care of this issue on my own. So, thank you again for your reply.
