Probably, if you bought a new car, they would be fine. Cedric was a great salesman. Our issue was we HAD to get a used car. Ours was totaled while on vacation up north. It was a hit and run so we had to go through our insurance company. We have a lawsuit and are awaiting our settlement. 17 days after purchase, the battery died. We got a jumpstart and headed back to Gettel Hyundai, in Punta Gorda. I know that a used car most often, is an AS IS sale. I thought, since I would be back to purchase a NEW Hyundai Santa Fe, in good faith, they would replace the batteries. They did not. Too bad, I won’t be back! More

The sales experience was fine but the aftermath left a lot to be desired. When we picked up the vehicle there was a problem with a piece of plastic that fits around the rearview mirror inside. I tried to lot to be desired. When we picked up the vehicle there was a problem with a piece of plastic that fits around the rearview mirror inside. I tried to put it back but found that a couple of tabs were broken. I told the sales person about it and told him that it would need a new piece. He took it and said he would take care of it but all he did was schedule a service appointment and gave them the broken piece. I wasted an hour sitting in the service Dept. waiting for them to tell me that they will have to order a new part. They fixed that but now the air conditioning does not work right. More
