Customer Satisfaction in Problem Situations Our sales associate is David King and our Service Manager is Matt Lee. We have had what appears to be some environmentally caused issues with my new Genesis rotors that they have been extremely diligent about resolving. It is easy to heap praise on people when everything expected to go right does, however, I am more concerned when unfortunate issues pop up, then how do the responsible people react. I am impressed with David's sincere level of involvement and concern for resolution of the issue. Matt is as professional and customer conscious as I have seen in a car dealership. I have driven Mercedes for 30 years and retired as a VP of Service in a fortune 500 Company. You are lucky to have Matt at Hyundai, especially representing service on the Genesis and Equus product line. His level of customer satisfaction is what you will need to be even more successful in the Luxury car market. Machines will always need repair, sometimes unexpectedly, as in my case on a brand new car. The service departments response to these situations is where your repeat customers and valuable reputation will come from. I am so confident in David and Matt that I send in this review while in the midst of my problems resolution. I have been indeed that impressed so far in the process. I have no doubt it will be resolved to my satisfaction. We would call these situations "WOW" experiences in our service department Nationwide. More
