Told when I arrived that it was at least a one hour or more wait. Why did you not call me? “We are too busy”. I called my patients when I was running behind why not Huyndia. No Customer Service Back on 10/03/2019 I called the service department to ask a question about my Rav4 at 9:19 am. The service person who answered said I needed to speak to a service advisor and transfrred me, of which I got a voicemail. I left a message for a return call. As of the following day by 1;00 ,pm I still had not received a return call. I called dealership to speak to the general manager and was told not sure if he was in and was transferred to voicemail. Left another message for return call. As of Saturday the 5th I still had not received a call back. I them went to Toyota.com to find email for Mr Gettel and the pop up to assist you said he doesnt have one. Reallu in todays age he doesnt have one. So I reported to the BBB. Customer service is vital in any business. The Gettel corporation doesn't care. Once they sell you a car they are done with you. I called another dealer and had my answer in 10 minutes. I do not recommend anyone using this dealership. If I could return my car to them and go to a different desler I eould in a heartbeat. More
