The dealership was deceitful from the purchase. They lied about the butler service to me. I took great pride and care in my Genesis G 70 and was disappointed when I reported an issue with my headli They lied about the butler service to me. I took great pride and care in my Genesis G 70 and was disappointed when I reported an issue with my headlights on both sides getting moisture in them. The service stated it was due to rocks striking the vehicle, it’s amazing that the only person that drove the vehicle was me and this never happened. They cracked in identical areas on the upper and lower side with absolutely zero damage to any paint. I had to go through my insurance almost $6000 I was so upset with this that I had my insurance company repair and paid another $5000 to get out of the lease. This was and will be the last vehicle I purchase through and Gettel dealership. I reported them to the corporate customer they didn’t care either More
