My faith in Hyundai was horrible after purchasing my first one in Pensacola, FL. However, since relocating to Bradenton, my faith has been restored. The ability to walk into the GM’s office to discuss t first one in Pensacola, FL. However, since relocating to Bradenton, my faith has been restored. The ability to walk into the GM’s office to discuss the horrible problems I’d been having with my car, after having for only 5 months, spoke volumes. He welcomed me, listened, and understood when I explained how I did not feel safe in this car. Immediately, I was introduced to an equally professional salesman. Sam was super easy to work with. Test drove the car. Liked it. Said I’d buy it. They worked through some challenges as I was an out of state buyer & they did not want a check from Test drove the car.
