The sales person and finance person did a good job, however the dealership doc fees are twice the state average and approximately 3 times the national average. It took days to come to a reasonably fair deal. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because I believe their policies are meant to take advantage of people who do not know better. Doc fees are excessive, the salesman was great however because of the fees I will likely never buy another car or recommend anyone to attempt to walk on any lot with your name attached. We came to a deal on a used car that was ok not necisarily fair, but close enough, but it took several days. I have purchased 9 cars in the last 8 years, and unfortunately the impression I got was that the dealership was more interested in taking advantage of the buyer than working a fair deal in an honest fashion. Integrity matters, honesty and fair bargening matters, a person spending thousands of dollars should walk away feeling as though everyone's best interest is protected, I did not get that impression what so ever, I walked away feeling as though the dealership cares more about themselves than generating repeat customers. In my opinion that is a poor buissiness model. I feel bad for anyone who walks in this place and doesn't have the experience to negotiate a fair deal, because they will be taken advantage of.
