Our service advisor was very pleasant and efficient. The customer waiting area was quiet and a pleasant place to wait for a vehicle. My sales experience was and individual. I went there to purchase the exact pre owned i wanted. The staff were great. A few instances where I felt a bit rushed at closing time. The financing I went there to purchase the exact pre owned i wanted. The staff were great. A few instances where I felt a bit rushed at closing time. The financing Manager practically begged me to get GAP. Also said he didn’t want to wait for the other financing quotes which could have been a timing piece but felt a bit off. The last bit left a bad taste in my mouth as the floor mats did not come with the vehicle “as-is” but the former owner gets my personal number to try and sell me them on the side. More
