To summarize: I dropped my 2009 Jeep off several weeks ago to repair my stereo, which entered their facility in prestine condition, and came out non-functional, and a broken after market rugged ridge dash topper that sits in the factory mounts of the stereo($51). It took almost two weeks for the GM and operations managers to even accept their responsibility. However, I picked up my Jeep this morning to find the cheapest stereo they could find, which by no means the same display size or options such as car play etc, not to mention that it won’t even charge an iPhone, much less interact with it. I give up! The people have the worst work ethic that I have ever witnessed at a factory certified dealer maintenance shop! The measure of a business is not when everything goes right but when something goes wrong and trust me when I say, after reading all of their negative maintenance reviews they appear to do the same thing which is blame the customer. We have dealt with their top two regional managers and have determined that the herd is only as fast as the stallion, which appears to be missing at this time. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to another auto group for services as this one is not going to take care of you if something goes wrong. More

I had a car towed in on a Saturday with dead battery and flat tire. I know it won’t be looked at until probably late Monday. Tuesday I call to see if it got seen, get told it hasn’t even been recorded in flat tire. I know it won’t be looked at until probably late Monday. Well had Joey recorded the car I would have been in queue 2 days earlier. But ok. So it is what it is. Wednesday I check again get a hostile text that nobody is looking at it. Thursday I call to say I’m bringing a tow truck to move the car. You guys are busy I know it’s the season I’ll just go elsewhere. Half an hour later I get a call the car is ready. Whatever. More
