If I could rate it a zero I would. I had service work "done" to my jeep or so they told me multiple times and when I picked up my jeep it was worse than when I dropped it and I immedia I had service work "done" to my jeep or so they told me multiple times and when I picked up my jeep it was worse than when I dropped it and I immediately turned around and asked if someone could take 5 mins to look at it w me and they told me they close in 45 mins and nobody could look at it. I then went come to see they didn't do any of the work they claimed to have done and again drove back to ask for a refund. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and nobody here can return a phone call to save their life. I've called multiple times. Talked to managers and never had 1 returned call about my refund. But they were quick to call me to try and buy my jeep for higher than msrp. I guess long as it benefits them it's priority. Because obviously customer service and quality work isn't what they do here. More
