I had a major repair job done last fall. The same problem started happening again so I made a service appointment. I had to wait a full month-almost 5 weeks-for the 1st available slot. The problem only showed intermittently and unfortunately it was not bappening on the day I finally got there. So they tested what they could but couldn't find the problem. I was beyond surprised how courteous and professional this dealership treated me. I’ve hesitated to bring my vehicle in for some routine warranty work, because at basically every dealership it is a hassl this dealership treated me. I lost my river home and vehicles in fort myers during hurricane Ian and recently purchased my new home and barely used Jeep Gladiator after the storm. Unlike the dealerships that I dealt with in Fort Myers, I was pleasantly surprised here. I also asked for an oil change and didn’t get the usual “hey you need this and that” up-charge gimmick that typically occurs. Heck, as a bonus, they even provided a convenient round trip Uber ride. I highly recommend this dealership! More
Once again, the Gettel Jeep dealership has done an outstanding job. They worked hard to track down a leak in our oil cooler. They allowed us to leave our car at the dealership while we were overseas f outstanding job. They worked hard to track down a leak in our oil cooler. They allowed us to leave our car at the dealership while we were overseas for a few weeks and when we came back, the work was all finished. They even went so far as a complete detailing of the car at no charge to us. Nick Conti was our service rep. and as before was very attentive to our needs. He even helped replace my card fob case with an inexpensive third party one saving us about $150. Great service!! More
