I didn't have to wait too long to get the oil changed on my Jeep, which was good! The price was a bit much, but thankfully I had a coupon to off-set the expense. However, going on-line & doing the appt myself isn't too challenging...even though it's near impossible to get the appt the same week you're calling. All-n-all it was a good experience ! More
