To begin with Gettel doesn't have a very good reputation here in Punta Gorda and I was cautioned about coming here but decided to give them a chance. However, I'm very disappointed that a dealership with it here in Punta Gorda and I was cautioned about coming here but decided to give them a chance. However, I'm very disappointed that a dealership with it's professional training and resources wasn't able to make a complete repair in a two day period of time. This is requiring me to make another appointment and undoubtedly be without my vehicle another unknown number of days. On the bright side the service rep did an EXCELLENT job of keeping me informed. I will request her the next time I come in. If all your service reps performed as well as mine did it would be a great benefit to the dealership. More

Once again I left my vehicle for the periodic Auto Butler service, My aappointment was at 7:30am my vehocle was was completed until after 4;30pm, The same thing occured the kast I had the same servi Butler service, My aappointment was at 7:30am my vehocle was was completed until after 4;30pm, The same thing occured the kast I had the same service performed. I’ve been going to Gettel to have my oil changes done because of Wendy. She is so helpful and actually cares about her customers.
