Another week passed and I did not receive a call from anybody from your dealer. I am extremely disappointed with how terrible the customer service of Gettel Ram is with a customer. I have 6 vehicles and anybody from your dealer. I am extremely disappointed with how terrible the customer service of Gettel Ram is with a customer. I have 6 vehicles and never had an issue so simple to solve taking so much time and effort from me as a client. I visited the dealer twice and still have not received either a refund or a positive response from any member of Gettel. I am demanding an immediate response from the dealer ASAP. Hope I will get the refund back in my account no later than this week. More

The gentleman who is always standing outside with a smile and a helping hand has always been kind to me! The tech who did my oil change was careful as not to make a mess of my car!
