Wanted to pay cash-talked into financing to get a deal and keep price lower. Got a letter from the financial institution stating that because I did not put enough down they were charging me $500 more. DIR and keep price lower. Sent us home without a registration, ( it’s illegal to drive without one ) and lied to us about financing. Told us if we paid it off to Suncoast in less than a month we wouldn’t get charged a penny. We were charged $100 finance fee! ( would have paid cash had we known that). Our salesman was great and spent a long time trying to fix problems caused by the finance department . The manager was the one who assured us that financing for less than a month was the same as cash and the finance department was inept- didn’t give us the proper documentation and put on a license plate that we didn’t need ( and we told them we didn’t need it), I would suggest going elsewhere. More
