Sent us home without a registration, ( it’s illegal to drive without one ) and lied to us about financing. Told us if we paid it off to Suncoast in less than a month we wouldn’t get charged a penny. We were charged $100 finance fee! ( would have paid cash had we known that). Our salesman was great and spent a long time trying to fix problems caused by the finance department . The manager was the one who assured us that financing for less than a month was the same as cash and the finance department was inept- didn’t give us the proper documentation and put on a license plate that we didn’t need ( and we told them we didn’t need it), I would suggest going elsewhere. I’ll recommend this service with reservation. I dropped off my Pacifica at 7:45 AM on Wednesday, with an appointment. It wasn’t ready for pick up until Thursday afternoon. After diagnosing the problem it was determined I needed a new aux battery, which they had replaced 8 months prior, and a main battery. Two batteries doesn’t require a day and a half. I did not receive a courtesy call informing me that my vehicle would not be ready Wednesday night. It was frustrating to not know what was going on. Having said all that, my Pacifica is running very well after the service. The aux battery was under warranty — no cost. The car was turned over to me freshly washed. And, my service rep, Wendy, was very pleasant to work with. More

Worst experience ever! !! Had appt at 8:30am and came back to pick up at 2:40pm and it was not ready - All it was in for was a Re-Balance of tires from Rotating and Balance !! Had appt at 8:30am and came back to pick up at 2:40pm and it was not ready - All it was in for was a Re-Balance of tires from Rotating and Balance the week before! I was told they are on the last tire and over an hour later it still was not done, and for them to come tell me that they CANNOT Balance my tires !!!??? Supposably they were Balanced last week??? So I would say that's pretty BAD Mechanics/Service guys at Gettle!!! It was simply a very bad experience and incompetence all the way around at Gettle Dodge!!! So I left there with Unbalanced Tires and NO Rotation!!! Oh yea, one last thing, they tried to give me my truck back completely muddy!!! Like someone went mudding in my truck all day!!!??? And because of all this fiasco, I was told I could get my next Oil Change, Tire Rotation and a Full Detail for FREE. I really hope Gettle Dodge lives up to this promise!!! But really most importantly, the Mechanics need to get trained, or some better QC on the repairs I had prior to the attempted Re-Balance!!! I was there for the Re-Balance because they didn't do their job right the first time. I really hope management see's this message. More
I like the coffee and snacks while you wait. However, the oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours.
