Very POOR service and response to email and phone messages. I purchased a new 2018 jeep JL from Gettel Jeep. I was very disappointed in the poor service immediately following my purchase. The salesperson, Barry Procope did not return my calls or emails. It took us forever to get the promised $25 gift card for test driving a jeep. John Vogel, Finance Mgr. was high pressure to sell me an extended warranty policy. He said I had 3 days to cancel if I changed my mind. I called the next day and left message to cancel. I continued to call for days with no response. It finally did get canceled, but was too late to be removed from my already processed loan agreement with my bank. What a mess !!! I would never buy another vehicle from Gettel. More

They went above and beyond to get me in the car that I wanted, after my prior vehicle unexpectedly broke down beyond repair. So many people worked hard for me to leave happy, and with my dream car. I purchased a fully loaded, 2013 Ford Focus and I couldn't be happier. From the start...Bethany Ollison made me feel validated and understood and steered me in the right direction. She was so knowledgable and helpful. Brittany Graham, my sales lady, was beyond awesome. She took the time to attend to every issue I had and get me into that car. Jon Gerry, was a doll. He finished everything up for me and really made me feel like family...they ALL did. Last but not least, General Manager Kevin Kasey worked miracles for me and my limited situation. He had a huge heart and really strived to make me happy as a new customer. I can't thank them all enough. I will be back for my next car....hopefully not too soon..lol. And I will recommend Gettel to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and top quality used vehicles. Thank you Gettel!!! More

they falsely advertise I feel this dealership is very shady they pulled a bate and switch on us. They advertise a car with a sticker price and the label on the car had all I feel this dealership is very shady they pulled a bate and switch on us. They advertise a car with a sticker price and the label on the car had all the options we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. They gave us a different car to test drive said they couldn't find the key to the car we wanted so let us test drive a different car. When we got the car home it did not have the options that was on the sticker. We went back and they said it would cost another $100 A MONTH to get the options we wanted which were on the sticker. Be WARE of this dealership. I am calling Jeep corporate office and filing a complaint More

Service Advisor Jacob and Service Department suck!!! Bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited with ACTIVE DRIVE II so it could be towed behind motorhome. Noone during selling process told me I needed a $200 w Bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited with ACTIVE DRIVE II so it could be towed behind motorhome. Noone during selling process told me I needed a $200 wiring harness installed for another $275 to keep Jeep from "wobbling" back and forth while it was being towed. Overall, buying experience was good. Went to Gettel for 1st. LOF and tire rotation and after it was "allegedly" finished (tires were never rotated as I marked them before going for service) I threw Jacob, my 20-something sarcastic, trickster service writer under the bus to management for never coming to me after service was complete and then hiding my Jeep from plain view. Service Manager, who could care less about my complaints about Jacob, had Jeep brought back into shop and tires were then rotated. I WILL NEVER GO TO GETTEL JEEP IN PUNTA GORDA FOR ANYTHING! Have since gone to Douglas Jeep in Venice, FL to have the aforementioned wiring installed and based on this one experience with Douglas Jeep, they have got ALL my business in the future! Lastly, while at Douglas Jeep, I ran into several people who had BOUGHT their vehicles at Gettel but now go to Venice Jeep for any service requirements because of their disappointing experience(s) at GETTEL! More
