Bait and switch be careful !!! I went to this dealership to purchase a 13,000 car advertised then got to the dealership and ended up paying 20,000 before purchasing anything other than the car, after negoti to purchase a 13,000 car advertised then got to the dealership and ended up paying 20,000 before purchasing anything other than the car, after negotiating the price of the car when they got to the contract they cleverly changed the price to reflect the payment I was trying to stay under then moved the payment to 75 months and lied about that as well. They wear you down waiting for hours so your too tired to catch all the games they play with you, shame on me for not reading the contact better but I thought they were an honest standup business. More

Got fooled by Gettel with lots of false information Every employee of Gettel told me a different story about a truck that was supposed to be in inventory and displayed on their webpage. An offer was negotiated with Blake, over the phone, he even measured the bed of the truck, a verbal deal was confirmed, but just to tell me the next day, the day where I wanted to pick up the truck, that the truck has left the inventory by a sudden dealer trade. Yet, it remained online available for 14 days. On about day 14 its price was online reduced! I called and Amanda at Gettel and she told me, "that I got lucky because the customer, who wanted to buy the truck, could not finance it." So, I learned, it was not a dealer trade away? So, yes, Amanda confirmed yet again, „I should come and get it." I rented right away a car to be able to drive to the dealership. Arrived and was sitting 20 minutes in their sales room and the sales Manager Eric meat me, in order to tell me another story: This time the car was again 'dealer traded' and left the inventory. Eric apologized and offered me a $25 coupon per email for lost gas money on my useless trip. Same evening, back home, I checked the webpage and the truck was replaced with a truck of very similar specs and a different VIN number. What the heck? I would have gotten that one instead... why I was not offered that one? By now I believed that the online inventory is just for 'bait and switch' and not any true. The email coupon never arrived. Instead I was now asked to provide a mailing address, which I don't really have as a full time RV traveler. I contacted Eric again by text and phone, and he wanted to offer me something complicated, some paper mail processed $25 coupon, but hey, $25 money can't buy my feelings back in wasting at least a day of my lifetime. So, verdict, I would not recommend Gettel if you are out in looking to buy a car you found in their online inventory. More

Poor customer service Came to the dealership on a Saturday morning at 8:30 AM to get my truck detailed and running boards installed. 3.5 hours later still waiting. They said they could not locate the running boards for the first two hours. You would think they would have detailed the truck while searching for the part but they did nothing. Now I am waiting for the detail to be completed. I bought the truck new last week and they only had one key so I was supposed to get my second key today. LOL they said they lost the key as well. Never again will I buy a truck from this dealer. More
Sheer and total incompetence ! This is a two fold complaint about this dealer. First off, I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership during which time the salesman kept pushi ! This is a two fold complaint about this dealer. First off, I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership during which time the salesman kept pushing and pushing for me to lease a new dodge rather than purchase the vehicle I really wanted. Second, I added an extended warranty at the time of purchase therefore when I had an issue with a vibration/bouncing of my custom wheels, I decided to take it to the dealer's service department considering I had the warranty through them. I dropped off the vehicle on a Thursday and received a rental vehicle from the dealership. I received a call a couple days later with a request that I bring in the original wheels so that they can exclude (or not) the wheels as the issue. I brought in the wheels and two more days later, I get a call from Lisa, from their service department stating that two of the original tires are defective and that I should bring in two new tires, so I purchased two new tires when they could have easily used the spare as the fourth wheel just to perform the test, however they insisted on two new tires. I dropped off the new tires and I even asked Lisa if they inspected the custom tires for any issues which she stated they did and it did not appear that there was any issues with them. I then received a call one full week later indicating that the truck is running smoothly with the original wheels I dropped off. I intern take the custom wheels to a mom and pop tire shop and at first glance at the very first wheel they inspected, there was a very noticeable bubble in that particular tire which is what it turns out was causing the bouncing of the vehicle. I ended up spending a couple hundred dollars on two new tires and another nearly three hundred dollars for the one week rental and service fee for a total of about five hundred dollars down the drain because of their incompetence. I called the dealership to express my concern and received a call back from Ray the service manager who rather than admit fault, decide to try and make me believe that truck simply wasn't compatible with the new wheels which is ridiculous because when I originally installed the new wheels months ago and up until recently the truck was running smoothly with the wheels in question. I was considering this outfit when I needed to trade in the vehicle down the road but they have lost my respect and business. I do not recommend this dealership to any one. Thank you Gettel for wasting my money and very valuable time going back and forth resulting in a fruitless outcome. Horrible service! More

They want over $30,000 for the car, out the door. Full MSRP, no money off unless you qualify for special offers. I drove the car on May 19th, talked numbers, and said I couldn't afford the car. Salesman had to huddle with his manager several times before he handed me off to the Director. She wasted well over an hour of my time. When I said I want to leave, she said I needed to see the manager first. They offered me only a thousand dollars for my car, $3,200 below kelley blue book fair condition trade value. My car is in good condition with only 67,000 miles. I said I can't afford the car. They finally gave my car keys back and let me leave. Total time at dealer. 1 hour and 45 minutes. They advertised a free $50 Visa gift card with test drive. They didn't validate the offer, although the salesman told me that they did. I called at least a dozen times to inquire about the gift card. I also sent numerous texts and a few emails. They did not respond. They avoided me. I enlisted the aid of the company that issues the cards. 17 days after my test drive these unscrupulous Gettel people validated my gift card offer. These people are shifty and unethical.
