I truly wish I never had my vehicle towed to this dealership. I was told they have the worst customer service ever. I know now that is true.. The worst place I have ever been they lie right to your face, salesman have no idea what they are doing had to deal with Connor a salesman, delson financing manager, Russell the manager giving me wrong nu face, salesman have no idea what they are doing had to deal with Connor a salesman, delson financing manager, Russell the manager giving me wrong numbers to the corporate office, very immature of all these people who treated me like this yesterday. All of them liars sold truck right out from under me after telling me to leave and go handle my paper work at other place sold truck 20 mins after I left. All because they had to work a little harder at getting me in a truck without money down. The salesman never even put it down as i wanted to trade in my current truck. 3 times I have been here same experience every time I'm never gonna come back or recommend any ever. I get the concept someone with better credit and money come along and goodbye to me just not right u don't treat people like this. More

The service department’s customer service is horrible. Both Jordan and Shawn talk in circles, but don’t give any direct answers. I had an appointment scheduled for my car to get fixed on a Friday only to find that was an appointment to speak with a rep to drop off the car. I was then called and said they needed it over the weekend even though it would not be looked at until Monday. On Monday by 15:00 I still had not heard back so I had to call in to find out about my car. At that time I was told they couldn’t determine the problem, that it would take longer to diagnose but could not provide a timeframe when they would know. They also advise they may not be able to get parts, even though a mechanic up north didn’t seem to have a problem but just couldn’t get it in the needed time frame. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!!! It will save you a headache in the long run. More
Update to the lost/stolen hitch scenario....I just received a call from Cherie, the customer service rep for all Gettel dealerships. She was very nice and understanding and agreed that the lack of co received a call from Cherie, the customer service rep for all Gettel dealerships. She was very nice and understanding and agreed that the lack of communication was the real problem. Of course, it's her job to be understanding but, kudos to her for listening to complaints day-in and day-out and retaining some sanity. But because of her effort, and lack of finger pointing, I am updating my rating to a 4. Honestly, the sales person that I dealt with when I traded in the RAM for the Jeep (Laura) was incredible, the finance guy was funny and lightening fast, and I have always had excellent service from the service department. I really DO recommend this dealership for sales and service but, take my advice and do not leave without ALL of your belongings...even if a hurricane is at your doorstep :) More
