Every thing is fine, except for the fact that it should never take long to schedule an oil change and tire rotation! You could sense that people were very anxious in the waiting room. The waiting room was comfortable with snacks and coffee available. Chuck my service advisor kept me informed on progress with a thorough explanation of the problems the technician found and what was needed available. He also advised me of a recall issued for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and stated that it would be taken care of. A part needed to be ordered and was obtained without problems and the work was completed as scheduled. This was my second experience using the Gettel Punta Gorda’s service department and would recommend it to my friends and family. More
