They don't answer the phone. rhey do not return ur phone calls.i have had my truck there 3 times and they haver not fixed it once. It's always we can't duplicate it. Had two issues. Drivers door window and cracked steering linkage broken. Dealerships don't stock parts anymore so they had to order them from Chrysler warehouse. If not available, then going to have to use after market parts. Called next day late afternoon and work was completed but wasn't told if OEM parts OR aftermarket parts were used. More
