I didn't have to wait too long to get the oil changed on my Jeep, which was good! The price was a bit much, but thankfully I had a coupon to off-set the expense. Michael in Sales was very nice, gettle dealership however has not changed as I hoped from my previous bad experience. Service after the sale is non existent except for Amanda in service. Gary, the manager simple just apologized instead of honor what HE sold me. Candidly if I would have had the time, I would have walked out. I was lied to about tax being credit back as well, never happened. Just not a good experience, just as I had the last time in 2020. Too bad. I really wanted them to have had changed for the better.
