This is the WORST dealership in SW Florida. They lie, don’t replace parts but charge you for new, terrible communications, and over charge for everything. Would not recommend, I came here with my jeep for a trade spoke with James Freeman told him everything up front I wanted a fuel efficient vehicle preferably 4 door that won’t break the bank. Volkswagen. That myself and husband said many of times we DID NOT WANT. We saw a 2013 Mercedes on their site for almost same value as my jeep but it was at another one of their locations, they stated a $1500 delivery charge to this location plus taxes fees and transfers… interesting not sure why if it’s same name dealer just different location why Delivery fee. So we asked about a different Mercedes’ there was another 2013 wagon type that coincidentally was not affiliated with Gettel??? Then why is it on your site. Well James brings this BMW 2011 we have now which drove absolutely great when we took it off the lot but interesting had the check engine light on but we settled for it, however James manager said to bring it back ASAP for a service maintenance??? Okayyyyy? They said it needed oil change and new battery well we brought it back like next day around 2pm and didn’t leave till 7 closing for a BATTERY??? I don’t think so of course they won’t tell us the truth typical car dealers. Well guess what my BMW is driving like crap it is eating gas LIKE CRAZY abnormally fast as in the needle will actually move driving up the street so now we have a lemon… we are now working on selling this dam thing or trading it in somewhere else to pull out of this mess. This place sucks I wouldn’t recommend them to my pet dog. More
Most awful dealership I have ever dealt with! !!! I have tried to do business with them 3 times now, all of which have been horrible. The first time, I took my truck in to have the exhaust donut !!! I have tried to do business with them 3 times now, all of which have been horrible. The first time, I took my truck in to have the exhaust donut changed out. Tech told me it would be $2,200 minimum to repair. Told him to have a nice day. Went to another garage and fixed it for $144. The second time, went to buy a new Lincoln Navigator fully loaded. Salesperson sent us on a wild goose chase for over 2 weeks. Drove 80 miles and bought it at another dealership. The third time, I went to get a new keyfob programmed. Service advisor acted as though she were doing me a favor and then made the assumption I couldn’t afford the $80 charge. Was told it would take 30-45 minutes. Waited over 2 hours only to discover they had my truck parked out back and hadn’t even attempted to do anything. I told them I did not appreciate being lied to and left. My husband is a CEO and I operate 2 businesses. I will NEVER do business with Gettel nor will I recommend them to my vluents! More
