Great mechanical service, quick turnaround. Communication from dealer during process was disappointing. I made an appointment and explained service needs an advised I would drop my vehicle off the night before the 7:30 am appointment. I left the keys in the supplied envelope in the key drop. Around 10 am the device day I received a call from service wanting to confirm what my dropped off earlier needed an caller seemed surprised I had a appointment an knew nothing of the recall area that was scheduled on my first appointment call. This was followed by two reminders of my appointment an wanting to know if I wanted to reschedule. I sent an email to service mgr. This was my first service on my Gladiator. Not impressed. More
