Sorry to say they mis diagnosed my cars problem. Had a GM tech review the video that Gettel tech sent me. Just about everything the Gettel tech said was wrong. He also said he did a pressure test wh Had a GM tech review the video that Gettel tech sent me. Just about everything the Gettel tech said was wrong. He also said he did a pressure test which is not true. Sad More

Well at first I thought that maybe you guys may have overbooked appointments. My appointment was at 8:00 and it was just so many people there. It could have been walking, or over booking. Had a great experience. After getting checked in everyone was courteous and helpful. But, it was really busy when I walked in, there was no clear ‘check in’ area. Did a good job, but had the for car six weeks for repair. I could not afford a rental and my wife has three doctors visit per week. If they exceed two weeks they should provide a rental.
