So, from the moment I arrived I was greeted pleasantly and professionally as I was looking for the collision center. I had some damage to my vehicle from hurricane Ian, and I had never been to this dealer and professionally as I was looking for the collision center. I had some damage to my vehicle from hurricane Ian, and I had never been to this dealership before, so a little help was greatly appreciated. But he went even further… he asked if I was interested in trading in my vehicle for a newer one. And actually, I was recently thinking about just that. So I continued to the collision center and and had my car inspected and pictures taken. Then I was informed that the dealership would take care of all my arrangements from the inspection and filing the paperwork with the insurance company, to the repairs and return of my car! I was floored, honestly! I never expected to have everything taken care of for me! And then, as I was leaving the dealership, I was approached again by the first person, saleman? Greeter? I don’t know his position but he returned with the name of a sales associate who could help me if I decided to trade in. I was just so pleasantly surprised by all the five star treatment I received. More
