I bought a new GMC Arcadia Denalia on 03/26/2018. The car is now 4 1/2 years old and is on its 3rd battery. The 2nd battery was when the car was about 2 1/2 years old and still under warranty. The r The car is now 4 1/2 years old and is on its 3rd battery. The 2nd battery was when the car was about 2 1/2 years old and still under warranty. The replaced battery was a Delco (GMC) and there was a statement on the battery that read maintenance free 42 month professional full warranty replacement. Yet two years later it too had to be replaced and we had to pay $237.00. We were told its because the car was no longer under warranty. But what is so confounding is the battery was still under warranty! The 3rd battery was installed on 11/15/22 and Fred Bird very proudly told me that this battery is maintenance free 36 month professional full warranty replacement! Words can not express the level of disappointment I have in GMC for the quality of their products or for the fact that they do not stand behind the warranty they promise on their product. It is shameful and not what we had come to expect of GMC and it's reputation over the years. It was a day of total frustration about GMC in general but none more so than the Gettle GMC dealership. I was utterly disgusted as I left the Gettle dealership. Fred Bird couldn't even muster up some feigned interest or concern for my situation. He totally disregarded my issue and instead would try to focus on something positive. I have bought many GMC products in my lifetime. I have bought my last. I will not be able to speak favorably about my experiences with GMC or Gettle in the future More

Gettel dealership has jerked me around for at least 2 1/2 months. Because of their slow work I didn’t get my truck back before the hurricane. Therefore I couldn’t take it across the state out of harms way. I months. Because of their slow work I didn’t get my truck back before the hurricane. Therefore I couldn’t take it across the state out of harms way. It got totally damaged in the hurricane in Gettel‘s possession And they did not take responsibility for it. They put it on me. And they didn’t even tell me that it was damaged by the hurricane I had to find out over two weeks after the hurricane myself by accident. They didn’t even know they had to fix my cap Cap and now that’s another five week. Wait. The box they put in there is substandard. And now I’m waiting to see how my truck is going to turn out. I don’t have much hope. And I don’t think I’ll be having my truck until the end of the year . I am disabled and I’m driving a very uncomfortable rental car for months and months because of the service lack of service that Gettel provides. More
