On Sunday February 18 I was driving Cheverolet Equinox on I-75 when my wipers suddenly stopped working. I was able to get to the next exit and to a gas station. I could not get them to work so I searched on I-75 when my wipers suddenly stopped working. I was able to get to the next exit and to a gas station. I could not get them to work so I searched on my phone for the nearest Chevrolet dealership. Gettel was about 6 miles away so, with the flashers on, I drove to dealership. My plan was to leave my vehicle to be repaired and get a car from the dealership to drive back to my home in Cape Coral. I meet up with an employee in the lobby and explained my situation. He said I could fill out a form and leave it and the keys in the drop box but he couldn't give me a car to drive home. I asked if I could rent a car. I had no way to drive my car home it was raining. He said he couldn't help me. He stated I could drive to the airport and rent a car. I had already driven in the rain with my flashers on to get to the dealership. He said he could sell me a car but other than that he couldn't help me. I have purchased over a dozen GM cars and trucks over the last 40 years. I presently own two trucks and the Equinox. This employee didn't care that I was stranded. He offered no assistance at all. I ended up driving, in the rain, to the airport. I had to call a friend in Cape Coral to come and get me because the airport car rental didn't have any cars. I urge everyone to not do business with this dealership. This employee was only interested in making money. More

Very poor workmanship. I have runs in the paint, a spot on the driver's upper door where it is rough, and the pinstripe is peeling!
