I was impressed at the clean showroom. Everyone was very friendly. I was going to look at another Impala, but Rod could see I was not impressed at what they had on stock and suggested a Buick Lucerne. We friendly. The dealer came up with a price that met our finances, so we ended up with a lot more comfortable car and a lower monthly payment. Hats off to Palms! More
