Everyone I dealt with were fantastic and it was a pleasure buying our new Car from them would send friends to them . I have been having my vehicles serviced at Palm for many years but this is the fir pleasure buying our new Car from them would send friends to them . I have been having my vehicles serviced at Palm for many years but this is the first time I purchased one from them. I had a bad experience with a sales person many years ago and as a result purchased my vehicles elsewhere I am sorry I did not go back sooner as this buying experience was a pleasure . I was impressed at the clean showroom. Everyone was very friendly. I was going to look at another Impala, but Rod could see I was not impressed at what they had on stock and suggested a Buick Lucerne. We friendly. I was going to look at another Impala, but Rod could see I was not impressed at what they had on stock and suggested a Buick Lucerne. We took a drive and we were impressed also. The dealer came up with a price that met our finances, so we ended up with a lot more comfortable car and a lower monthly payment. Hats off to Palms! More
