Customer dissatisfied Took car for oil change and tire rotation. Mysteriously after tire rotation, tire pressure monitor needed to be replaced. warning lights on dashboard Took car for oil change and tire rotation. The more thought about it, I was annoyed light wasn't on until tires rotated. Left 2 messages for service manager ,never called back. Today went to tire store, as need tires too, all sensors checked out ok. After oil change "vehicle exchange associate "invited me into her office under pretense of making sure satisfied with service, but instead tried selling me a new car. PALO AUTO was much better , will not return. Left another message today More
