I have always had good results from this dealership however I had an appointment For 8:00am on 5/8 for replacement of 4 tires at 8:30am they said they only received 1 tier and more would be there by 1 however I had an appointment For 8:00am on 5/8 for replacement of 4 tires at 8:30am they said they only received 1 tier and more would be there by 10:30am well I never got car back till 1:30pm think they put me at the end of the line ( wasn’t my fault ) I would of thought they could have sent someone for my tires and held a hoist to replace them asap. I must say the service reps were very nice I don’t think it was there fault I will return in the future but will check to make sure parts are on hand. Thank you More
If I could give zero star for Gettel, I would. Fiancé of mine purchased a used 2013 Buick vehicle from one of their lots (note: pushy salesmen), first advertised online around 13k. After filling o Fiancé of mine purchased a used 2013 Buick vehicle from one of their lots (note: pushy salesmen), first advertised online around 13k. After filling out paperwork and adding all their extra costs, total of the vehicle comes out to around 17k. That's the just beginning of the problems. She gets the vehicle, and a week later it is stalling and shutting off. Battery issue... take it in, fix it, OK. Another week goes by, car is now stuttering and shuts off randomly. Can't get ahold of anyone at the service department or online. Finally, we drop off the vehicle and they come back with a LIST of PROBLEMS over $4,000, half of which isn't even covered by the warranties she purchased on the vehicle. NOTE: This was NOT an "as-is" vehicle, it was listed as under the Gettel Certified Pre-Owned list, and should have been CHECKED FOR ISSUES. They charge a mandatory $1500 when you buy the vehicle for a full "inspection". DO NOT ever buy from Gettel. Will be following up with the Attorney General for their deceptive and shady practices. Car might even be a lemon / flood vehicle, who knows at this point. More

I had to have 2 repairs done to my car, one from Hurricane Ian and the other on my 3rd break light. Both have finally been repaired, but what horrible customer service now to attempt to get any reim Hurricane Ian and the other on my 3rd break light. Both have finally been repaired, but what horrible customer service now to attempt to get any reimbursement once going in under the impression that I was going to get some kind due to all the inconvenience the dealership had made the situation. Then putting my trust in General Motors to back me up only to turn around and not do a reimbursement at all. I had been on and off attempting to get my vehicle fixed following Hurricane Ian. One appointment my vehicle was brought in and sent us back home due to not being able to see it even though we had a scheduled appointment. However, no one had communicated with us. This was an ongoing issue the entire time with them and one time I called and they told me it wasn't even in the system after my vehicle had been there for a week. Finally, when the vehicle was supposed to go in, I was ensured the part would be there and would take until Friday where we brought it in on a Monday. Now the adjuster had told us the job was only a 2 day job so we were trying to be understanding. I also had a break light fix scheduled across the parking lot in the service department. In the first week of vehicle being there NOTHING was fixed and the part was not there nor ordered when it was brought in and my car never made it to the service department for my break light ACROSS THE PARKING LOT. In the midst of scheduling and no communication my warranty ran out that would cover the break light and was told most likely now my break light will not be covered. No loaner cars were available and no offer to help with a rental. I am now out over $1200 with everything and just $900 for the rental along for a rental of 2 weeks meaning they had my vehicle a total of 3 weeks!! I was told that General Motors could cover up to $46 a day for the rental and was told today they are not able to offer me any compensation at this time. I am now awaiting a call from a supervisor/manager within General Motors as this is unacceptable. I will never recommend using this company ever again unless something changes and they refresh on customer care. More
