You could tell that Cody and Gettel go hand in hand. He was personal and friendly and definitely attentive. I haven't dealt with someone like him in a long time. That's the way every employee should He was personal and friendly and definitely attentive. I haven't dealt with someone like him in a long time. That's the way every employee should represent their employer. Walking into Gettel for the first time because another Chevy dealer couldn't resolve my problem I felt welcomed and comfortable not just another guy that had problems with his car they had to deal with. I planned on waiting for my vehicle but Cody told me it was going to be 4 or 5 hours and arranged for Uber to take me home that Gettel paid for. He kept me up to date by phone and text as to the progress even giving me a video from the service tech of what they actually did to resolve the problem with my car. I will drive the extra miles to have them service my vehicle and will also purchase my next vehicle through them. I'm a senior and I certainly appreciate the treatment that Cody and Gettel provided me. Jeff Brooks More
