I have always gone to Gettel since we brought our truck in 2014. I would never take my Chevy Silverado to any one else! I live in North Fort Myers, it is soo worth it to go into Punta Gorda. Had a great experience. After getting checked in everyone was courteous and helpful. But, it was really busy when I walked in, there was no clear ‘check in’ area. Sorry to say they mis diagnosed my cars problem. Had a GM tech review the video that Gettel tech sent me. Just about everything the Gettel tech said was wrong.
