I dropped off my car for repairs on April 3rd. Ken informed me that he would send me updates via texts, email or phone. Never received any calls from them regarding updates. Days would pass before I would receive a call back. If I emailed him, he would reply the next day with excuses. This repair cost me an outrageous amount of money for my rental. I picked up my car on May 10th. He told me that my repairs were guaranteed for the life of the car. I called the shop the next day about the repairs on my headlights and left a message. Still waiting for his returned call. I will NEVER bring my car back there again. Awful service. More
