Poor communication and endless delays make it feel like you lost your car in a black hole. At the end when I did get my car back they forgot to tighten a critical bolt that connects a suspension control a you lost your car in a black hole. At the end when I did get my car back they forgot to tighten a critical bolt that connects a suspension control arm to the spindle. Could have killed my family. I wouldn't recommend Gettel to my worst enemy. Run away. More
