Acura’s solution, carry both keys or unlock it manually. Glad I paid for the key replacement program. I guess I’ll have to lose the key to get any help. Poor service!! More

Beware of Service Department This is the worst Service Department i have seen. They refused to fix my transmission problem, Serice manager Jeff Told me that they couldn't fix it, This is the worst Service Department i have seen. They refused to fix my transmission problem, Serice manager Jeff Told me that they couldn't fix it, it was a vendor problem with the transmission and to buy a 2018 or newer TLX that would fix the problem. Even though there was a service bulletin on the early model 2015 TLX V6 which my car was, I brought the Service bulletin to the attention of Roger on my first visit and i was told it didn't matter even though I had a case number for it through Acura. I had to have code reset, pay for fluid change all when they should of R/R the transmission when i brought it in. Took to another Acura dealership per Acura, 3 days later car back new transmission and drives like a new Acura. This Dealership doesn't listen to customers I am actually posting to blogs to let all Acura people in the area know not to go here and this situation. I just wonder if Jim Gettel knows what his dealership is actually doing? More

Bad Service I have been a customer for over 25 years. I am very dissapointed in the service dept. I went for an oil change and the service tech said the next tim I have been a customer for over 25 years. I am very dissapointed in the service dept. I went for an oil change and the service tech said the next time you get an oil change which is 3500 miles or 4 months he reccomend I buy new tires. But only after driving about 300 miles someone noticed that the wires in my tires were showing. I feel like you never checked the tires. This is a totally dangerous neglect. My second complaint is in October 2017, my car didn't start and someone helped me jump it. I took it to Acura and service person said they were giving me a new battery at no charge because it was under warranty. After a year, my car didn't start again. This time, Acura said the battery was okay and didn't know why car didn't start. A month later, my car did not start for the 3rd time. I went to Acura again and the service person said I have to buy a new battery. I asked him if it was a new battery when you replaced it a year ago, why is it dead after only a year. He said I dont know some batteries are like that. I feel like you guys gave me an old battery for my warranty replacement so I would be forced to buy a new one. More
