Called for a oil change but had to ask a few times just to get pricing . Finally around $60. Made a appointment, after reviewing vehicle history I was advised I needed additional $859.90 of recommended se to get pricing . Finally around $60. Went to see a mechanic I had dealt with years ago. Asked for his advice for these services. I was told maybe one would need to be done anytime soon. I was hoping to build a trust with Gettel Acura! I'm not surprised with this but I would say to others maybe a second opinion might help save you some money. The dealership I dealt with for 5 years in Tennessee never pulled these tactics. I'll go back to them when I replace my Acura. All of these services were recommended without ever looking at the car. I received a courtesy call today asking if Gettle Acura reached my expectations. I had a feeling that what happened was standard operating procedures. So I said yes Gettle reached all my expectations and more. She seemed happy with my response. More

Excellent and competent service from the service department at Gettel Acura. From my initial conversation with Jeff, the service department manager and with whom I scheduled my appointment, to Roger department at Gettel Acura. From my initial conversation with Jeff, the service department manager and with whom I scheduled my appointment, to Roger, the service consultant who handled my paperwork and vehicle when I arrived. And of course, the fine gentleman who greeted me when I pulled up to the service department. The service was completed promptly as I sat in the nicely appointed waiting area enjoying complementary coffee. Every staff member who happened by the area wore a smile and said hello.
