I’m usually delighted with the service department and Kimberly is awesome. However, I was disappointed with the $100 wash/wax/detail that I had done. There was still sand/dirt next to the door jambs whe Kimberly is awesome. However, I was disappointed with the $100 wash/wax/detail that I had done. There was still sand/dirt next to the door jambs where I can’t get to with my big hose and quite a few smudges and water spray spits on the windows. It’s been my experience that detailers use small crevice attachments and make sure that the windows are spotless. 🤷🏻‍♀️ More

I have had to return two times for an alignment issue and it still has not been corrected. I returned on my last visit to have the engine splash cover replaced and had to wait nearly two hours for what I and it still has not been corrected.
