When we going ourselves with a blown up vehicle, we were dreading car shopping. After 2 other dealerships, we went to gettel to look at a used Acura suv. From my initial conversation with Jeff, the service department manager and with whom I scheduled my appointment, to Roger department at Gettel Acura. And of course, the fine gentleman who greeted me when I pulled up to the service department.
